Can I pay for my trip in installments?

Yes! We offer a flexible two-part payment plan. To secure your spot, you pay 70% upfront, and the remaining 30% is due closer to your travel date. Your invoice will always specify the exact due dates.

Are flights included in group trips?

Unless clearly stated otherwise, flights are not included in our group trip packages.
However, we’re always happy to help you check and compare flight options based on your location and preferred dates.

What is your refund policy?

All bookings are subject to the airline or vendor’s refund policy, and refunds will follow their rules and timelines.
Where a vendor does not offer cash refunds, we are unable to override their conditions.

What happens if I need to cancel my trip?

Cancellations made within 20 days of departure are not eligible for a cash refund.
However, you may retain 60% of the amount paid as travel credit, which can be applied to a future trip with us within the validity period stated in your invoice.

Can Redlane help me with visa processing?

Yes, we provide visa guidance and assistance, including document checks, appointment scheduling (where applicable), and travel advisory.
Please note that visa approval is at the sole discretion of the embassy, and service fees are non-refundable, even if a visa is denied.

Can I customize my trip or request a private package?

Absolutely! If our group trips don’t match your preferred dates or style, we can create a fully customized or private travel package for individuals, couples, families, or corporate teams tailored to your budget and preferences.
